Words cannot express my distaste for this individual but I wrote him this message in response...

Hi there. I can't log in to my econicraft account here on the forums so I'm afraid this will have to do.

I would like to ask you to stop using my Econicraft logo as your profile picture. It is hurting my server to have someone like you making obnoxious posts on this forum in the name of my server and I won't put up with it and longer.

You are probably doing this as "revenge" because my server has the same name as yours and you think that taking a logo or a website is the same thing as taking a name. It's not. I created that imagery myself with my own concept which makes it mine. "Econicraft" can be used by anyone and it is.

If this continues, I'll report your behavior to Curse and have your account terminated if possible.

Don't plagiarize, its not cool.
