Eegah Builder Application: Enderman Farm

I would like to propose a build that would benefit any player in the community. A public Enderman Farm. I have found a youtube link which I will list below that demonstrates the farm in action. My last server I played on had an Enderman Farm and it aided everybody in the community, and required no maintenance.
A few pros and cons that this could create for the server:
Pros:
1) Quick easy levels for anybody that needed them, this has a high output of experience and the queue time between players using it is quite minimal.
2)This would put everybody on an equal playing field,  i.e. everybody can afford to enchant their armor/weapons to defend themselves from the more well geared players. Materials to enchant would need to be self-supplied though.
Cons:
1) Takes out the natural grind of levels and and may alter the playstyle of the game.
2) With McMMO enabled it will allow people to unfairly train their weapon skills to extreme levels. Although I do think you can alter the McMMO experience of Enderman to 0 to resolve this issue (similar to mob spawners).

Would this be a creative build or something you would just need a protected area of land? Anyways I like the idea and I think it has potential to help players out.

Either would be fine by me, I can do it in survival mode with protected land or creative mode. Creative mode will get you the end product much faster while survival will personally be much more rewarding but a longer process.

It would be ideal if you were to get a couple other players in on the project and the admins could supplement your survival items with items they spawn in. 

Either way, I give this project the go ahead! Whenever you need admin help, just refer them to this post to confirm your build license. I would like, however, for you to keep your Mod rank instead of switching to Builder.

Well the farm is complete, I just need it to be protected before I can release it to the public. It could use some decorating if any of the staff want to put some paintings up to spruce the place up a bit! Next time you are on Endermanslayer we can get everything taken care of.
