Applying for a builders permissions

I Leman_Russ formally inquire about being granted builders permission to build a lighthouse in the spawn. All i would need is red and white wool.
I can start on Monday after i have finished my exams around 12:00 pm (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) i was thinking something that looks like this.

If you want to build this admin can op you and you can build it.  It would need to be built over the current lighthouse which is where the beacon block is housed at spawn.  It should be about the same size as the flour mill.  Also, you can't mine or do any of your survival related work while you do this or sell/store creative gained items.

Yeah that's fine.

Master is only op because he needs to build spawn. He is not allowed to give op nor perform administrative actions or decisions.
