Server down Empty Server down

dwell this server is a 99.9% up-time and about 11:20 tonight there was a server crash when me and GeeWhizJerry were playing. Its now been 10 minutes and its still not up, N No warning to this, and it says "refuse to connect or something when you try and connect. Please help

Any admin with access to the server configs is asleep so we have to wait for them to wake up.
