In your application please include information on what it is you want to build, it must be for the benefit of more than just you. If you want to build something large that can help a large number of people in your town or the entire server, apply for the rank. If you want to build a big house for you to live in, you have to stick to survival. You must understand that this rank is temporary, and will be removed when you are finished with your project or if you are abusing creative mode.
